    A: The facility does have an excellent therapy company in-house.

    Q: Can I go home to visit my family?
    A: Yes you can go out on pass to visit family.

    Q: Do I have to provide my own briefs?
    A: The facility provides cotton briefs free of charge.

    Q: Do I need an appointment to visit the facility?
    A: An appointment to tour the facility is not needed. You may come any time; however, administrative staff is available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. This would allow for questions to be answered by appropriate staff.

    Q: How does the admission process work?
    A:
    Step #1 Call 1-877-456-1146 to get state approval.
     
    Step #2 Obtain the appropriate paperwork from a physician. If you are in a hospital, have the social worker or discharge planner contact the facility. If you are at home, make an appointment for your physician to complete it.
     
    Step #3 The facility will go out and assess you.

    Q: Is there a phone that I can use?
    A: There is a resident telephone that offers privacy. You have the ability to put a telephone in your room at your expense.

    A: There is a secure Alzheimerís unit. There are specific criteria to qualify for placement.

    A: There are no set visiting hours.

    Q: What can I bring?
    A: You can bring anything that fits on your side of the room that is not a danger to yourself or others.

    A: The business office will discuss payment. It will depend on method of payment and state guidelines.

    A: You may smoke outside on the patio areas.

    A: All rooms are semi-private at this time but the facility is planning to provide private rooms in the near future.

    A: The facility will provide transportation to medical appointments via facility bus with wheelchair lift capabilities.
